Interim financing was also approved as part of the extension, and Quest will be asked to show the interim lender that they have made significant progress toward an agreement with a proponent by mid-October. To that end, the interim lender will be granted observer status on the Board\u2019s Restructuring Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 16, 2020, Quest University Canada (\u201c<strong>Quest<\/strong>\u201d) filed for creditor protection pursuant to Section 3(1) of the Companies\u2019 Creditors Arrangement Act, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
